  • Kevin holds a BBA in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He established the firm in 1984. He is responsible for organizing and overseeing audits, tax preparation, financial planning, managerial and management audits, estate planning, and financial counseling services for clients.

    Kevin also served as a Saint Peter’s University faculty member for over 30 years and, while retired, was made professor emeritus of the school’s Accounting program. He has extensive experience teaching undergraduate and graduate accounting courses ranging from Essential Financial Accounting to Advanced Accounting.

    Kevin is proud to belong to several professional organizations as well, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Association of University Professors.

  • With 30 years of accounting experience, Daniel holds an MBA and majored in Business Administration at Seoul National University—a top school in Asia.

    In addition to his CPA title both in the U.S. and Korea, he holds the credentials of an enrolled agent (a tax professional authorized by the United States government to represent taxpayers in matters regarding the IRS).

    His professional journey kicked off with a stint at Coopers & Lybrand and has since included roles with various corporations such as Deloitte & Touche, Coca-Cola Bottling Korea, and Fantage: diverse experience that helps Daniel successfully provide a wide range of accounting and tax services spanning personal and business tax preparation, financial statement compilation, and review/audit services.

  • Karen earned her law degree from Arizona State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), uniquely positioning her at the intersection of law and finance. She is also an assistant professor at William Patterson University, where she shares her expertise with future professionals. With years of experience in bookkeeping, tax returns, 1031 exchanges, and estate planning, Karen is well-equipped to lead our team and drive our mission forward.

  • Serving as a bookkeeper at the firm over 15 years, Christine provides bookkeeping and auditing services to many clients, manages payroll filing requirements, and helps prepare individual and business income tax returns.

  • Jim brings 25 years of experience in various industries, having served as a portfolio company CFO for leading private equity firms such as Sun Capital Partners, Apollo Global Management, and One Equity Partners. He’s collaborated with well-known brands throughout his career including Sony Corp of America, Ryder Systems, Sun Chemical Corp, and Turkey Hill. Jim's strategic insights will be key in guiding our firm's financial strategies, extending to a fractional CFO build-out for our practice.
